I'm still not able to take advantage of all the amenities these apartments have to offer due to illness, but look forward to it. So far, they do not disappoint. A special thank you to Ray, who came to fix the refrigerator for us. He had to replace a part and swapped out a gasket, but is up and running now. I had another maintenance request regarding the thermostat, but understand there was a major water leak that took precedence, but look forward to its resolution, as well.

Just want to leave a review for Heather and Andy in the front office. On the 4th of July my apartment had unfortunately caught on fire. Heather was so quick to help my children and I out with another unit the next day. She made this process so smooth. Andy on the other hand has been helping me with all of my annoying request lol. I really appreciate them. There’s some work that can be done in my new apartment but I’m not complaining since this was a quick move in. Once again I appreciate the help they gave me!

I'm not fully into my apartment yet but I did want to leave a review about my application and move in process! I loved this location because it is busy but quiet and walking distance to grocery stores, food, hardware store, shopping, and more. Lack of walkability has been one of my only complaints about Vegas so far, until now. Another main selling point for me was the interior - stainless steel appliances, central air and heat, walk in closet, gray walls instead of white, and gray wood flooring (vinyl, but still.) Everyone in the office was very helpful. I mainly worked with Zoe, who was clearly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the process. I remembered reading about her in Capri's reviews so I'm glad I was able to work with her. My emails, phone calls, and questions were all answered quickly and when there was a hold up with my approval process, they were able to tell me what I needed to move forward. They did a walkthrough on the unit before I signed my lease but they allowed me to do one as well. I've been burned in the past so I was very grateful for that. There were a few (very minor) notes I had on my move-in inspection and all of my concerns were noted and work orders were placed immediately. Loving it so far. Thanks, girls!

I have never seen a pool in my life dirtier and more unkempt than these two on the territory of the apartments. It is impossible to swim in the main pool, everything is littered with some kind of garbage, bark from palm trees. I understand it's inevitable, but please, is it so hard to keep track of it? I personally saw how the workers, whose duties include cleaning and cleaning the pool in the summer and beyond, sit on a chair, hiding in the shade behind the cars in the parking lot. What does it mean? My parents pay a lot of money to live there, for this price you can safely rent a house.People have to clean the pool themselves in order to somehow swim on a hot summer day. Recently I saw how children tried to cope with huge and heavy cleaning devices just so that their family could relax. This is not the work of children and their parents, this is the work of the staff. I hope the managers will think about it and monitor it.

I started off with a 1BD as I took over the lease from a friend, and it was cute but showed signs of aging; however, they are renovating clusters of the area. I went into a refurbished 2BD with my parents and it is very quaint, spacious, and convenient. The area has a nice layout and do their best to keep it green. When transitioning leases, it took me longer than I expected, by the generally painful process of applying for a rental was made in part seamless in parts thanks to Rosaurio (Zoé) and Kyara, who were in top of my application and understanding. They recognized my name over the phone by day 4. Amazingly they could help with the particularities of my case, even though it is a small leasing office that oversees that application to and oversight of over 600 units - I asked them how many!! (Be patient if they can't always answer the phone on first ring). If starting out in Vegas but don't want to go super cheap but want to start at a decent mid-tier community with nearby walkable conveniences like Sam's and Walmart, this should be at the top of your list! I only give it 4 stars because it isn't luxury living, but attests more to the decent living space and services of the office and its community. Would recommend!

So far my dad and I love it here. The office staff is very very nice especially Zoe. Only note is that the walls are extremely thin, it doesn’t bother me but it definitely stands out. The neighborhood is a little messy but over all the apartment is super nice. For sure the nicest apartment I’ve lived in. The floors are nice as well as the carpet, very spacious floor plan as well. I have appreciated the patience and respectful and professional treatment that I received from the Leasing Agent Zoe, she was extremely helpful. Moving into Capri however, was quite confusing who ever designed this complex should be slapped! Winding paths and extremely easy to be lost simply walking back to and from your apartment. Not having an accessible side to the side where the building I live in actually is made the move in that much more taxing and difficult. My actual apartment is beautiful, some small things I noticed that I will have addressed. However overall, I am appreciating my space daily. My washing machine flooded my apartment the first time I used it! I always look at experiences as adventures sometimes and this is definitely one of them. I'm not angry just waiting on the carpet to dry completely and the emergency maintainence was very good at using the wet vac to remove the water I couldn't get using the mop and bucket and they have corrected it. I'm happy to be pest free and all the beautiful amenities I can take advantage of here, makes it less stressful and more peaceful every day and peaceful rest is a new norm I have to get used to. Overall, I know I made the right decision moving here as taking that chance with Capri was the best thing for me.

Capri office is sometimes too busy to respond to the needs of the tenants. Office team is sometimes slammed with work, slow to get work orders to the maintenance team. After 4 years of living in this community, I couldn't have asked for anything better! In total, I had 3 units and never had any issues. Maintenance requests were always completed within 2 to 3 days and the office made it really easy to submit my requests. Speaking of, the office staff goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Shout out to Rosalva for remembering me even though I rarely went into the office. No need to look anywhere else, Capri apartments are luxurious and cable + wifi are included with your unit. The community is also beautiful and well taken care of.

I loved living here. The management was great and maintenance was really fast. I love the pool and spa with all the palm trees. The gym is decent and has all the basic equipment that you need. The apartments are nice and has good features. Only thing I wish was updated was real stone countertops. The apartments are big and the complex grounds are well kept. It is in a great location and it is right behind all the grocery stories and shops. I would recommend people living here.

It's got a few cons but nothing you wont get anywhere else. Lived here for almost two years. At first we had a few roaches but they kept spraying and within 3 months our entire building and surrounding grounds were clear. It's been almost a year and no sign of them. Only issue is occasional loud neighbors and I had a group of teens stealing my cigarettes but they moved so I have no issues now. Honestly wont be leaving for a while

If for some reason I am not satisfied I call back and go over the details of what was possibly missed an apology is extended and problem is corrected. Like In any situation nothing is perfect but at least an effort is made to make our property one in which we can be happy to be a part of. I've lived on the property for some time now and I must admit I had a minor bug problem that may have been from construction on one of the other units or something out of anyone's control. Nonetheless I made a request in the exterminators came out within the next day or two and since then I've had no other problems.

Have lived here at Capri for a year not to many complaints....Apt is bright and cherry...Maintenance crew is great things get fixed and/or checked out in a timely fashion...wish I could say the same for landscaping crew lots of dead trees that need to be trimmed....they just use a blower to clean debri....there a lot of folks with pets that do not or refuse to pickup after their pets have done their business....I see in the lease agreement that we all sign every year its a $50 fine if you don't pickup after your pet....let me say this with all the negative responses this place nice to live at...the leasing staff I my opinion is absolutely WONDERFUL...Thank you for all your hard work. and efforts.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Great apartments. Lived here for a year and a half. Only moved to cut my drive to work from 40 minutes to 5 minutes. Only had one maintenance issue, the A/C, and it was fixed within a couple hours. I read alot of reviews before moving in. We needed a place and this was the best we could find short notice. I moved in and within days noticed a roach problem. They came, sprayed. They went away but reappeared weeks later. They sprayed again, same thing. Finally they came in and did a thorough investigation and it's been about 3 months since we've had any side what so ever. My neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly. When we have maintenance issues, they are taken care of within a timely manner. I'm very impressed with this place and do not want to leave. The only downfalls are the pricing and the fact that the gate is left open everyday. So everytime my family or I drive past, we close it. All in all I do recommend this place just wish it was more affordable. There have been car thefts and vandilisms but you'll get that literally anywhere.

We have been here almost two years and are very satisfied. The management had changed just before we moved in. Much has changed since the change. Maintenance is much better, When we enter a request online, we get s response within two days unless it's an emergency, then it's within an hour. The staff is friendly, particularly, Blair, We have no complaints. The location is ideal, plenty of businesses in walking distance yet, it's quiet, we don't hear the traffic on Trop. They keep up on the Landscaping very well. All in all, a nice place to live.

my wife and i came to this apartment because our lease is ending at the end of this month at Prime Apartments. i don't why these people is complaining. we have been looking for a month now and this place is the best place compare to other properties we've seen. ghetto people? what is your definition of ghetto people? have u been to ridge falls apartment? how about the apartments on boulder highway? or on twain and swenson? complaining about cox??? i rather pay 96 bucks than paying 147 bucks. the package comes with fast internet and 200+ channels. im paying 147 bucks for 20 channels and fast internet x2. my wife and i are happy to call this our home for the next few years. thanks, capri!!!

I've lived on this property since 2010 and love the place. Maintenance always gets things fixed and done in a reasonable amount of time, the office staff is very friendly and personable and I really do like living here. I read the other reviews and it seems like there are a few individuals didn't get their way and want to cry about it. As a business owner and having years of customer service I understand business; nobody is required to bend the rules for you. If you don't like the prices then maybe you should find a weekly motel that better meets your needs. We are adults people bashing a company because you didn't get what you wanted is completely ridiculous and I strongly suggest you re-evaluate your sense of entitlement.

I've lived there for 2 yrs. It's not as bad as everyone of those ppl below put it. Maintenance is always helpful & very friendly. The complex is gated but during the day they keep it open til 6. "So thats why the UPS & pizza delivery come in." Not unless u rather drive somewhere to pick up your mail then have it delivered to your door step. Staff is very helpful if communicated correctly. Neighbors are very very friendly, and the great part about staying there was that it's near walmart and other shopping areas. & the crime rate was low compared to other areas. The time I spent there was great on my experience! (But do make sure you notify them 30 days before your move-out date.)
